The idea is to preserve selected documents, stories and personal knowledge in an understandable, portable form. The practical assistant comes first; legacy planning would be optional and separately agreed.
No simulation of a person, transfer of access or beneficiary service is operational here. Preserved content cannot replace a person or guarantee that their views are represented accurately.
Before any offering
Consent and access must be designed first.
- Explicit, informed consent from the person whose information is involved, with a way to change or withdraw it.
- Defined content selection, deletion, retention and treatment of information about other people.
- Verified beneficiary identity and documented access/release conditions, with revocation and dispute handling.
- Review of applicable obligations, security, portability, recovery and provider continuity before commercialization.
